What better way to celebrate the launch of a new site than a big book giveaway? I know my readers are always excited to dive into a new book, so how about eight of them? Here's a rundown of the books that could grace your front door soon:
The ESV Women's Devotional Bible - I will have a review up shortly for this beautiful new resource from crossway. It includes 365 days of devotionals that run alongside the narrative of scripture as well as character sketches of important people.
Daughters of the King- this Bible study resource was written by my friend Melissa Deming. It is a great book for helping you get a grasp of the overarching storyline of scripture.
The Measure of Success- Carolyn McCulley and Nora Shank take on the important topic of women and work. Should women work? Can a woman be feminine, godly, and ambitious? This is a great book and I look forward to sharing my review of it next week.
War of Words- This is one of my favorite books. Paul Tripp takes a deep look at your communication struggles and teaches you how to apply the gospel to them.
Crazy Busy- Kevin DeYoung's book on the busyness we all seem to fall victim to these days and what to do about it.
Together- Carrie Ward shares an inspirational story of how she simply decided to give her children the unadulterated Word of God and how it had a profound impact on her whole family.
Confessions of a Boy-Crazy Girl- Paula Hendricks shares the struggles she faced as a young woman to find her worth in Christ rather than the attention of boys.
Exploring Grace Together- Jessica Thompson's devotional for the family focusing on the gospel.
